Sinopoly’s Advanced Process Features
High Current Discharge at Ultra-Low Temperature: Achieves Continuous Discharge of 2C at Temperatures as Low as Minus 40 Degrees
1. Our Customized Electrolyte, featuring a high LiPF6 concentration and tailored additives, proves its effectiveness in extreme cold during tests in Northeast China, significantly boosting low-temperature performance.
2. Sinopoly employs stringent Aqueous Processing for positive electrode materials, prioritizing top-tier sources with smaller particle sizes and minimal fluctuations in size range for enhanced low-temperature performance.
3. Our selected negative electrode materials match the particle size distribution of positive electrodes, enhancing low-temperature efficiency.
4. Utilizing a 40 micron-meter separator enhances both safety and low-temperature performance of the battery.
High Charge and Discharge Rates
1. Sinopoly's battery utilizes a proprietary aqueous LiFePO4 processing method for the positive electrode, featuring independent intellectual property rights. This enhances the battery's charge and discharge rates.
2. The distinctive areal density and compaction design of both positive and negative electrodes guarantee rapid li-ion movement at high speeds, a critical factor for optimizing battery performance rates.
3. The battery's separator thickness and porosity are finalized after thorough demonstrations, ensuring high-rate charge and discharge capabilities while prioritizing safety standards.
4. Our first-of-its-kind battery case ensures excellent heat dissipation during use. A ventilated safety valve on the upper surface enhances protection during high-rate charging and discharging.
5. The internal structure of the battery is impeccably designed. Positive and negative electrodes, along with connectors, ensure the battery meets high-rate charging and discharging load requirements without generating heat from structural components.
6. Sinopoly's battery utilizes special technology to keep internal resistance well below that of its peers, effectively reducing heat generation during charging and discharging.
